本文以学校内的消费行为来分析广泛存在的政府购买支出的浪费。分析了为何公家支出购买的商品价格较高,并建立一个简单的消费模型来分析这一问题。最后通过政府购买的商品价格较高这一现象进行正反两方面分析:一方面政府支出浪费国家钱财,应尽量减少;另一方面政府购买的商品价格较高,可以来扶植国内具有前途的企业。 This article analyzes the widespread waste of government purchasing expenditures based on consumer behavior in schools. It analyzes why public spending higher prices on purchased goods and establishes a simple consumption model to analyze this issue. Finally, through the phenomenon of the higher price of goods purchased by the government, the paper analyzes both positive and negative aspects: on the one hand, government expenditures should be minimized by wasting state money; on the other hand, government purchases of goods at higher prices can help establish promising domestic enterprises .
