目的探讨神阙贴穴位贴敷辅助治疗婴幼儿支气管肺炎的治疗效果。方法选择2012年2月~2013年8月收治的1~36个月的小婴儿支气管肺炎患儿104例，随机分为观察组和对照组，两组均予以常规综合治疗，观察组在综合治疗的基础上加神阙贴穴位贴敷辅助治疗，对照组仅予以常规综合治疗。结果①观察组总有效率优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)；③治疗后7d胸片的恢复观察组明显优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)；④治疗后7d观察组WBC计数恢复正常的程度优于对照组差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论神阙贴穴位贴敷有助于提高婴幼儿支气管肺炎的疗效、促进其胸片和WBC恢复正常，是辅助治疗支气管肺炎的一种疗效确切、方法简便、价格低廉、无毒副作用的方法，值得临床推广。“,”Objective Discussion Shenque paste acupoint sticking adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia treatment.Methods Choose from February 2012 to August 2013 admit ed a month lit le baby 12 months 82 cases of bronchial pneumonia,Were randomly divided into observation group and control group,both groups were treated with routine comprehensive treatment,observation group on the basis of a comprehensive treatment plus acupoint sticking stickers Shenque adjuvant therapy,the control group received only conventional treatment.Results ①The observation group the total ef iciency is bet er than that of control group dif erences were statistical y significant( 0.05); ③7 days after treatment of chest to restore the observation group was significantly bet er than the control group had significant dif erence ( <0.05); ④7 days after treatment,the observation group to restore normal WBC count extent than the control group dif erence was statistical y significant ( 0.05).Conclusion Shenque paste acupoint application helps to improve the ef icacy of bronchial pneumonia in infants and young children,promote their chest and WBC returned to normal,is a method of adjuvant treatment of bronchial pneumonia curative ef ect exact,method is simple,inexpensive,non-toxic side ef ect,is worth the clinical promotion.
