目的分析妈富隆治疗绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血的临床疗效和安全性。方法选取70例绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者,按照随机分配的方法,将其分为研究组与对照组,每组35例。对照组给予妇康片治疗,研究组给予妈富隆治疗,共治疗半年,对比两组患者的总有效率。结果经过治疗后,对照组11例显效,15例有效,9例无效,治疗总有效率为74.3%,研究组29例显效,6例有效,治疗总有效率为100.0%。研究组临床疗效明显优于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对绝经过渡期功能性子宫出血患者,实施妈富隆治疗,可取得良好的治疗效果,且不良反应较小。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy and safety of Marvelon in treating functional uterine bleeding during menopause. Methods Seventy patients with functional uterine bleeding during menopause transitional period were randomly divided into study group and control group with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given Fukang Tablet, and the study group was given Marvelon for six months. The total effective rate was compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, 11 cases were markedly effective in the control group, 15 cases were effective, 9 cases were ineffective, the total effective rate was 74.3%. The study group was effective in 29 cases and effective in 6 cases. The total effective rate was 100.0%. The clinical efficacy of the study group was significantly better than the control group, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with functional uterine bleeding during menopause, the implementation of Marvelon treatment can achieve good therapeutic effect, and the adverse reaction is small.
