执行国家标准或规范要与本学科的特点和特殊性相结合。对国家标准或规范要“细嚼慢咽”，仔细品味其内涵与精神，切忌硬套。不顾本学科的特点和特殊性，硬套国家标准或规范写出来的文章，会使内行人看不懂，这样也就失去了写文章的宗旨。任何一条国家标准或规范，只要与各学科的实情相符或相近，其推广和普及就容易和快捷，反之就较困难。
The implementation of national standards or norms should be combined with the characteristics and particularities of this subject.
