对检验科室的工作情况进行了分析,认为检验科室具有专业内容的多元性,使内部分工日趋精细;专业功能综合性,使科室全方位发展;检验操作的自动化要求质量控制更加规范等特点。同时具有高层次专业人才缺乏、检验标本量大、经过程序多、对仪器设备及检验试剂的依赖性强,以及检验的中间环节缺少有效的监控手段等质量控制难点。认为改善检验科室质量管理现状的主要对策应包括人才培养合理化、质量管理制度化、仪器试剂管理系列化等。
The analysis of the work situation of the inspection department shows that the inspection department has a diversity of professional contents, which makes the inner part more and more sophisticated; the comprehensive function of the professional function makes the department develop in all directions; the automation of the inspection operation requires the quality control to be more standardized and so on. At the same time, there is a lack of high-level professionals, large quantities of test specimens, many procedures, a strong dependence on equipment and test reagents, and lack of effective monitoring means such as quality control difficulties. The main countermeasures for improving the quality management of inspection departments should include the rationalization of personnel training, institutionalization of quality management, and serialization of instrument reagent management.
