本文对合成反应中的各种因素(原料配比、粒度、反应温度、反应时间……)的影响进行考察。提出了一个825℃直接利用Cu,Ni粉还原扩散制备具有CaCu_5结构的LaNi_(5-x)Cu_x系列样品的方法。参考类似条件,方便地合成LaNi_4Zn,LaNi_(3.75)Al_(1.25)和(La_(0.8)Ti_(0.2))Ni_5等有关化合物。并研究了该系列化合物样品在各种介质中的稳定性及常温、常压下对合成氨反应的催化能力的差别。
In this paper, the various factors in the synthesis reaction (raw material ratio, particle size, reaction temperature, reaction time ...) were investigated. A new method for preparing LaNi_ (5-x) Cu_x series samples with CaCu_5 structure by direct reductive diffusion of Cu and Ni powders at 825 ℃ was proposed. With reference to similar conditions, LaNi_4Zn, LaNi_ (3.75) Al_ (1.25) and La_ (0.8) Ti_ (0.2) Ni_5 and other related compounds were synthesized conveniently. The stability of this series of compounds in various media and the difference of catalytic ability to ammonia reaction at room temperature and atmospheric pressure were studied.
