王焕如,1911年生,江苏丹阳县人。1938年毕业于成都金陵大学植物病理系。1945—1946半在美国明尼苏达大学植病系进修。从1940年起半个世纪来都研究小麦叶锈病,是我国小麦锈病研究的奠基人之一,也是引进生物间遗传学奠基人之一。从1936年起主持全国小麦叶锈病协作研究。《小麦叶锈菌生理小种鉴定和小麦品种抗病性测定》研究成果,1991年获国家科委科技进步二等奖。从1981年起引进和运用生物间遗传学的原理和方法研究小麦叶锈病,改进了国际常用的传
Wang Huanru, born in 1911, Jiangsu Danyang County. In 1938 graduated from the Plant Pathology Department of Chengdu Jinling University. 1945-1946 Half in the Department of Plant Diseases, University of Minnesota.
