涡流磁力分选(VMS)系统设计用于分选多种物料。其重要特点是设备上的矿浆流通道和涡流磁力捕收区是分开的。在确定的条件下,涡流磁力捕收区内形成涡流捕收圈,使矿浆中的磁性颗粒被吸进涡流捕收圈内并被捕收。涡流磁选机可用于处理由黑钨矿和石英配制的混合物和一些工业矿物。这篇文章提供了一些试验结果。这些结果表明,涡流磁选能较好地解决目前使用的高梯度磁选机(HGMS)所遇到的机械夹杂问题。涡流磁选能在高流速的矿浆流中作业,这样就能提高生产能力。用工业生产的矿石进行初步试验表明,这种设备能用来处理无块状物的宽粒级试样。
Vortex Magnetic Separation (VMS) systems are designed to sort a wide variety of materials. The important feature is that the slurry flow path on the equipment and the eddy current magnetic collection area are separated. Under certain conditions, a vortex collecting ring is formed in the vortex magnetic capture zone, so that the magnetic particles in the slurry are sucked into the vortex collecting ring and trapped. Vortex magnetic separator can be used to deal with the mixture of wolframite and quartz formulated and some industrial minerals. This article provides some experimental results. These results show that eddy current magnetic separation can better solve the mechanical inclusion problem encountered in the currently used high gradient magnetic separator (HGMS). Eddy current magnetic separation in the high-velocity flow of pulp operations, so that we can increase production capacity. Preliminary tests with industrially produced ores show that this equipment can be used to process block-free, wide-grain specimens.
