本文研究了122例细菌性痢疾病人的周围血液单核细胞的机能状态。采用静脉血,测量用12吖啶橙染色后活体细胞数的发光总指数(СИЛ)作为单核细胞溶酶体的饱和指数。确定单核细胞的绝对数。结果显示,普通型菌痢,单核细胞的绝对含量与疾病的病期、类型和严重程度有一定依从关系。轻型,在整个病期,单核细胞的绝对数在标准范围(285—500/毫升),弗氏和宋内氏痢疾病人大致无差别。中间型,在痢疾第一周,单核细胞的绝对数显著地超出标准范围(P<0.05),弗氏和宋内氏痢
This article studies the functional status of peripheral blood mononuclear cells in 122 patients with bacillary dysentery. Venous blood was used to measure the luminescence index (СИЛ) of viable cells after staining with 12 acridine orange as the saturation index for monocyte lysosomes.
