本实验研究是考查新型沉淀装置—翼片斜板沉淀装置的沉淀规律.这种装置的沉淀机理不同于传统的沉淀池,悬浮絮凝体在斜板翼片造成的环流作用下,加速沉淀.通过实验发现,由翼片槽内流出的悬浮物质浓度随翼片格数增加呈指数衰减,同时发现去除悬浮物质的极限程度与悬浮絮体的絮凝持征有关.
The experimental study is to examine the precipitation rule of a new type of sedimentation device—wing plate inclined plate sedimentation device. The sedimentation mechanism of this device is different from the traditional sedimentation tank. The suspended flocculation accelerates the sedimentation by the circulation effect caused by the inclined plate fins. The experiment found that the concentration of suspended matter flowing out of the airfoil slot exponentially decayed with the increase of the number of airfoil grids, and it was found that the limit of the removal of suspended materials was related to the flocculation holding of floating flocs.
