研究了各种不同的热处理方法对钴基非晶合金磁稳定性的影响。实验结果表明,延长退火时间对磁稳定性影响不大;而磁场处理以及降低水淬温度可明显地提高磁稳定性,然而这两种方法在实际应用中都有一定的局限性。找到了一种新的热处理方法,可同时提高钴基水淬样品的软磁性能和磁稳定性。利用局域感生各向异性和自由体积等概念对实验结果进行了讨论。
The effects of various heat treatments on the magnetic stability of cobalt-based amorphous alloys were investigated. The experimental results show that the prolonged annealing time has little effect on the magnetic stability. However, the magnetic field treatment and the decrease of the water quenching temperature can obviously improve the magnetic stability. However, both of these methods have some limitations in practical application. Found a new heat treatment method, which can improve the soft magnetic properties and magnetic stability of cobalt-based water quenched samples. The experimental results are discussed using the concepts of local anisotropy and free volume.
