随着我国经济水平的提高,我国的城市化进程也随之快速发展,人们对居住环境的要求也逐渐提高,园林建设在人们的生活中越来越受到重视。现在,我国的园林建设还不成熟,园林施工管理与陈本控制之间还有许多亟待解决的问题,这些问题降低园林建设的绿化效果,也是我国城市化进程的绊脚石。本文就园林建设的施工特点、园林施工管理及成本控制的重要性、园林施工管理及成本控制中遇到的问题及解决措施等进行分析讨论。
With the improvement of China’s economic level, the process of urbanization in our country has also developed rapidly. People’s requirements for living environment have also been gradually raised. The construction of gardens has drawn more and more attention in people’s lives. Nowadays, there is still a lot of problems to be solved between the construction management of the garden and the control of Chen Ben. The problems of reducing the afforestation effect of the garden construction are also a stumbling block to the process of urbanization in our country. This paper analyzes the construction characteristics of garden construction, the importance of garden construction management and cost control, the problems encountered in the construction management of gardens and cost control and the solutions to be taken.
