本文应用先进的 FROP-2程序对常用输油管线的液化上浮反应建立了简化计算公式。该简化方法考虑了初始温度应力和上浮力的非线性关系,也考虑了端部非液化土的弹性约束,并给出地表非液化土对上浮反应限制作用的计算方法。此外,有关抗液化处理问题,提出了切合实际的工程处理原则,可取得显著的经济效益。该简化方法的建立,为编制有关抗震设计规范提供了依据。
This paper uses the advanced FROP-2 program to establish a simplified calculation formula for the liquefaction float reaction of common oil pipelines. The simplification method considers the nonlinear relationship between the initial temperature stress and the buoyant force. It also considers the elastic constraints of the non-liquefied soil at the end, and gives the calculation method of the non-liquefied soil on the surface to limit the floating reaction. In addition, on the issue of anti-liquefaction treatment, a practical engineering treatment principle has been put forward and remarkable economic benefits can be achieved. The establishment of this simplified method provides the basis for the preparation of seismic design specifications.
