The State Administration of Taxation signed a contract with Legend Digital Integrated System Co., Ltd. to assist the State Administration of Taxation in the construction of a value-added tax cross-audit system in the “Golden Tax Project” with an investment of more than 30 million yuan. The system will strengthen the inspection and management of VAT. The goal of building a cross-tax value-added tax audit system is to establish a four-level computerized audit system of first-level and third-level audits. That is, establishing a data collection center in the district and county state taxation bureau; setting up an audit center in the State Administration of Taxation and setting up provincial audit sub-centers in 31 provincial levels;
