本文通过问卷调查、文献资料法、访谈法,对普通高校开设保健课与运动处方相结合问题进行调查分析,结果显示,普通高校病残学生对此态度积极。文章还从高校实施康复运动处方的政策环境、软硬件条件、内容范围、实施的技术问题以及实施后的预期结果作全面的可行性分析,并提出相关建议。 This paper investigates and analyzes the combination of health class and exercise prescription in colleges and universities by means of questionnaire survey, literature review and interviews. The results show that the sick students in common college are active in this regard. The article also makes a comprehensive feasibility analysis of the policy environment, software and hardware conditions, content scope, technical problems of implementation and the expected results after the implementation of rehabilitation exercise prescriptions in colleges and universities and makes relevant suggestions.
