编者按近20多年来,微电子技术的迅猛发展和推广应用,产生了第三次技术革命,使机械技术、微电子技术和信息技术有机结合,出现了一系列具有各种优异功能的技术和产品,使机电设备面貌一新。国内外大量的实践证明,发展机电一体化技术,是开发新产品,改造老设备行之有效的技术措施。据了解,上海市机电工业局系统在“七五”期间共开发成功机电一体化主机产品283种,其中数控机床95种,印刷机械28种,轻工机械52种,重型通用机械41种,电器等67种,达到国际80年代先进水平的占74%,成套设备高达52%。比较有代表性的产品有:H系列数控磨床,VS、XH和HS加工中心,CNC-6000A数控切割机,PX控制的SZ系列塑料注射成型机和可编程序系统交直调速系统等。有些产品在国际市场上具有相当的竞争能力。面对新技术革命的挑战,考虑到机电一体化技术在煤炭系统起步较晚,为适应社会主义市场经济发展的需要,本刊特邀山东矿院济南分院综合工程系主任于修副教授组织这个讲座。
