一、材料与方法 1.亲鱼收集与培育 (1)亲鱼收集 1998年 11月从长江选购一批瓦氏黄颡鱼亲本，用帆布袋充氧运输。雌性个体重一般在 250～ 360克之间，雄性个体均在 500克以上。此批亲本体质壮，无病无伤，运输成活率 100％，亲鱼入池前，用 3％食盐水浸洗消毒 5～ 10分
