:[目的 ]掌握在长乐市近海海域捕获 ,有开发利用的河豚鱼种的带毒情况。 [方法 ]在水产加工厂采集新鲜河豚鱼 ,酶联免疫方法检测河豚毒素含量。 [结果 ]腹刺属暗鳍腹刺鲀 (Gastrophysus wheeleri) 1种共 34尾。除 7月份外 ,3~ 11月均有捕获 ,毒素含量范围为 <4.0× 10 - 2~ 3.3MU/ g。河豚毒素含量与鱼体部位、性别、捕获季节相关性不显著 ,而同种间个体毒素含量有显著差异 ,并与捕获海域有关。 [结论 ]鱼体各部位均属无毒级 ,可以食用 ,开发利用价值明显
: [Objective] To master the poisoning situation of puffer fish species caught in the offshore waters of Changle City and used for development and utilization. [Method] Fresh puffer fish were collected in aquatic processing factory and the content of tetrodotoxin was detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay. [Result] There were 34 kinds of 1 species of Gastrophysus wheeleri. In addition to July, from March to November were captured, the toxin content range of <4.0 × 10-2 ~ 3.3MU / g. There was no significant correlation between tetrodotoxin and fish body parts, sex and seasons, while significant differences were found among individual toxins in the same species, which were related to the catch area. [Conclusion] All parts of the fish are non-toxic grade, which can be eaten, and the value of development and utilization is obvious
