将90分钟体育课堂的实践内容与相应的体育理论同步进行教学,探讨体育理论与术科课同步教学的效果。结果表明,理论与术科同步教学能够提高大学生对人体运动科学及体育理论知识的掌握且有助于术科成绩提高。
The 90-minute physical education classroom practice content and the corresponding sports theory simultaneously teaching to explore the sports theory and the effect of synchronous teaching. The results show that the theory and teaching of synchronous teaching can improve college students' knowledge of human sports science and sports theory and help to improve the academic performance.
