取正常人死亡后的和临床耳硬化症患者的镫骨肌腱进行光镜和电镜研究。对镫骨肌腱各个区段的胶原纤维的横断面进行测量,对大量弹性蛋白进行估测。正常人镫骨肌腱是由三个同心排列的部分构成:中心呈圆柱状,中间为管状结构,外层为皮质层。中心部分由胶原纤维和少量弹性蛋白构成;中间层含胶原纤维和大量弹性蛋白;外层含有胶原纤维及少量弹性蛋白。胶原纤维的平均直径,在中心部分为65.12±11.89nm,中间层为41.00±9.63nm,外层为70.28±19.58nm。
Light microscopy and electron microscopy were performed on the stapes tendons of normal and clinical otosclerosis patients. The cross-sections of the collagen fibers in each section of the stapes tendon were measured, and a large number of elastin was estimated. Normal human stapes tendon is composed of three parts arranged concentrically: Center was cylindrical, the middle of the tubular structure, the outer cortex. The central part consists of collagen fibers and a small amount of elastin; the middle layer contains collagen fibers and a large number of elastin; the outer layer contains collagen fibers and a small amount of elastin. The average diameter of the collagen fibers was 65.12 ± 11.89 nm in the central portion, 41.00 ± 9.63 nm in the middle layer, and 70.28 ± 19.58 nm in the outer layer.
