制冷效果不良故障现象一辆2013年产2.0 L马自达6轿车(型号为CA7201AT5),开空调时,制冷系统工作不良。检查分析首先验证故障现象。起动车辆,正确打开空调后,空调压缩机电磁离合器吸合,测量空调出风口的温度,发现制冷效果确实很差。接着连接空调歧管压力表测试空调系统压力。发动机怠速状态下,低压侧压力为120 kPa,高压侧压力约为1 400 kPa,压力正常;再将发动机转速升高至3 000 r/min,发现空调高、低压侧压力基本不变化,异常。怀疑制冷剂短缺,按照规范将制冷剂回收后,重新将制冷剂加注到标准量(490 g),
