目的提高各级职业健康检查机构工作效率,同时让各级卫生行政部门和卫生监督部门实时了解本区域职业卫生的现状和趋势。方法通过职业健康监护信息系统的推广使用,以及建立省级的职业健康监护及职业病危害因素数据中心和动态监测平台,收集汇总全省范围职业健康监护及危害因素监测数据并进行整理和统计分析。结果系统建成后,可跟踪查询劳动者多年的职业健康监护数据和职业健康档案,可分析统计全省范围的职业健康损害的发生发展规律及分布情况,帮助我们识别新的职业危害因素和高危人群。结论系统具有很好的先进性和社会效益,可以为政府部门职业卫生和职业病防治工作决策提供科学依据。
Objectives To improve the work efficiency of occupational health examination institutions at all levels and at the same time let health administrative departments and health supervision departments at all levels understand in real time the status quo and trends of occupational health in the region. Methods Through the popularization and application of occupational health monitoring information system and establishment of provincial data centers and dynamic monitoring platforms of occupational health monitoring and occupational hazards, the monitoring data of occupational health monitoring and hazard factors across the province were collected and collated and statistically analyzed. Results After the completion of the system, it can trace the occupational health monitoring data and occupational health records of laborers for many years, and analyze the occurrence and development rules and distribution of occupational health damage across the province and help us to identify new occupational hazards and high-risk groups . Conclusion The system has a very good advanced and social benefits, which can provide a scientific basis for the government departments to make decisions on occupational health and occupational disease prevention and control.
