当前,随着我国社会的快速发展,使得采油企业得到了深入的改革,这在一定程度上对企业员工日常生活与思想造成了冲击,并且,还加大了采油企业生产经营活动与队伍的管理工作的难度。加强思想政治工作,培养全员良好的思想、观念以及价值观,调动全员的工作积极性、创造性,不仅是企业提高核心竞争力的关键,还有效的推动了企业持续健康发展。本文首先概述了采油企业思想政治工作中存在的问题,其次,提出了新形势下提高采油企业思想政治工作水平的措施。
