采用formastor-press研究了Cr25Ti铁素体钢热变形中及热变形后的动态及静态回复过程。研究表明,在1200℃变形中,多边形化过程有明显的亚晶界迁移发生,动态回复作用使晶内形成完整亚晶;在900℃变形中,亚晶等轴细小,有原位再结晶现象;静态回复时,平均亚晶尺寸的变化出现略有降低而后增加的现象,这是由于变形刚终止时的静态回复速率大于变形中的动态回复速率所致。
The dynamic and static recovery process of Cr25Ti ferritic steel during hot deformation and hot deformation was studied by using formastor-press. The results show that in the deformation of 1200 ℃, the obvious subgrain migration occurs during the polygonization process, and the complete reaction of the subgrains with the complete deposition of the subgrains occurs at 900 ℃. In the case of static recovery, the average subgrain size changes slightly and then increases, which is attributed to the fact that the static recovery rate at the end of deformation is larger than the dynamic recovery rate in deformation.
