土法上马之后,栲胶生产已在全国遍地开花。根据初步了解和部分分析,目前存在有以下几个问题需要解决。1.产品质量较差,成品中单宁含量低(30%以下),非单宁高,因而纯度也较低,比较严重的是不溶物含量有的竟高达20%以上。2.加工过程中所用设备绝大部份是铁锅,铁质对栲胶产品质量和色泽均有不良影响,但设备材料不易解决。3.产品成本较高,主要劳动
