一过性脑缺血发作(Transient Ischemic Attack简称TIA)或暂时性脑缺血(Transient Cerebral Ischemia简称TCI)为由于脑血管(颈动脉系或椎——基底动脉系)缺血引起的神经系统局限性功能紊乱、常反复发作,历一短时间后(少于24小时)乃完全恢复正常。部分患者发展成卒中(多为脑动脉梗塞)则称本症为卒中的前趋。
Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA) or Transient Cerebral Ischemia (TCI) is a neurologic deficit caused by ischemia of the cerebrovascular (carotid artery or vertebrobasilar artery) Sexual dysfunction, often repeated attacks, after a short period of time (less than 24 hours) is completely back to normal. Some patients developed into a stroke (mostly cerebral artery infarction) said the disease is a precursor to stroke.
