目的 探讨P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌中表达的相关性及其在淋巴结转移中的作用。方法 应用S -P免疫组化方法检测 6 6例非小细胞肺癌原发灶及其 2 0例转移性淋巴结标本P2 1ras和CD 44的表达。结果P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌原发灶中的阳性率分别为 90 %和 85 %。有淋巴结转移组P2 1ras和CD 44的阳性表达率显著高于无淋巴结转移组 (P <0 0 5 )。相关性检验提示P2 1ras阳性组和CD 44阳性组间差异有非常显著意义 (P <0 0 1 )。结论 P2 1ras和CD 44在非小细胞肺癌中的表达有明显的相关性。P2 1ras和CD 44阳性表达可以作为非小细胞肺癌具有淋巴结转移潜能的指标。
Objective To investigate the correlation between P2 1 ras and CD 44 expression in non-small cell lung cancer and its role in lymph node metastasis. Methods S-P immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of P2 1 ras and CD 44 in 66 primary non-small cell lung cancer and 20 specimens of metastatic lymph nodes. Results The positive rates of P2 1ras and CD 44 in non-small cell lung cancer were 90% and 85% respectively. The positive rates of P2 1 ras and CD 44 in patients with lymph node metastasis were significantly higher than those without lymph node metastasis (P <0.05). Correlation test showed that the difference between P2 1ras positive group and CD44 positive group was significant (P <0.01). Conclusion P2 1ras and CD44 expression in non-small cell lung cancer have a significant correlation. The positive expression of P2 1ras and CD44 can be used as an indicator of lymph node metastasis in non-small cell lung cancer.
