总结了30例小儿骨髓增生异常综合征(MDS),其中 RA11例,RAEB10例,CMMoL1例,RAEB—18例。30例中7例有亚型间转化(RA→RAEB→RAEB—t→ANLL)。18例进行了骨髓细胞染色体研究,异常率为42%(8/18),包括+21,-y,t(1;4),t(2;17),t(9;11)。亚型转化和转向白血病时有新的染色体异常出现,18例中在三例 RAEB—t 检出 t(9;11)(16%),提示 t(9;11)(p~(21-22);q~(23-24))或涉及11q~(23-24)的染色体重排在小儿 MDS 中存在一定的特异性。
Thirty cases of pediatric myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) were summarized, including 11 cases of RA, 10 cases of RAEB, 1 case of CMMoL and 18 cases of RAEB. Among 30 cases, 7 cases had subtype transformation (RA → RAEB → RAEB-t → ANLL). Twenty-eight cases had bone marrow chromosomal abnormalities of 42% (8/18) including +21, -y, t (1; 4), t (2; 17), t (9; 11). There were new chromosomal abnormalities in subtypes and leukemias, of which t (9; 11) (16%) was detected in three cases of RAEB-t in 18 cases, suggesting that t (9; 11) ); q ~ (23-24)) or involving 11q ~ (23-24) chromosomal rearrangements in pediatric MDS there is a certain specificity.
