在训练计划中,力量练习的合理安排对整个训练效果起着举足轻重的作用,连续的力量刺激和间接的力量刺激对周期中其他的专项训练的影响也是不同的,力量计划在每周的安排和每月每个季度的安排在大的方向上都应遵循一定的规律。
