生源地信用助学贷款是国家助学贷款的重要组成部分,对于有效解决家庭经济困难高校学生的入学难问题具有十分重要的意义。日前,笔者对福建省周宁县农村信用合作社(以下简称农信社)发放生源地信用助学贷款情况进行了调研,发现生源地助学贷款存在较为突出的问题,亟待规范与完善。 The credit loan for students at source is an important part of the national student loan, which is of great significance for the effective solution to the difficult enrollment of college students in families with financial difficulties. Recently, the author conducted a survey on the situation of credit loans granted by students in Zhouning County Rural Credit Cooperative (hereinafter referred to as “RCCs”) in Fujian Province, and found that there are outstanding problems in students’ loans for student loans and need to be standardized and improved urgently.
