With the improvement of computer hardware conditions, the numerical simulation technology of foundry process has made great progress and development. Such commercialized software at home and abroad is constantly improving and playing an increasingly important role in actual production. This paper introduces some basic ideas of numerical simulation of foundry process and some applications of Huazhu CAE software in practical production.
