近年来,各类突发事件频发,给国家和人民生命财产造成了严重后果。为了化解社会矛盾,维护社会稳定、促进社会和谐,使经济社会实现较好发展,就要求我们各级领导干部必须增强处置突发事件的能力。领导干部,作为处理突发公共事件的主体,要加强培养起一种意识,重点训练出一种能力,避免出现三种心理,积极做到五项要求,不断提高应对危机的能力。 In recent years, frequent incidents of various kinds have caused serious consequences to the life and property of the country and its people. In order to resolve social conflicts, maintain social stability, promote social harmony and achieve a sound economic and social development, we must require our leading cadres at all levels to enhance their ability to deal with unexpected incidents. As the main body to deal with unexpected public incidents, leading cadres should strengthen their awareness of training, focus on training their abilities, avoid three kinds of psychology, actively meet the five requirements and continuously improve their ability to cope with the crisis.
