一年级的教学，最使我们感到困难的是课堂秩序的建立；而在课堂秩序最难维持的是儿童作业的时候。每当课堂作业开始，孩子们就乱喊起来：「老师我没有橡皮」！「我的铅笔断了！」，「他又挤我了！」……于是课堂秩序就乱了，弄得老师不知道囘答那个孩子的问题。开学之初，我对于这个问题感到头疼，没有办法，经过两个多月来的努力，经验告诉我们，这个问题是完全可以解决的。首先应该了解，儿童发生这些事故的原因，根据原因去想解决的办法。儿童所以在课堂作业时乱叫，是因为：教师在事前，对于儿童作业上应用文具的准备工作没有布置好，没有照顾
