新农村文化建设作为新农村建设的重要组成部分,对它的加强,不仅能够使农村落后的面貌得到改善,而且能够存进农村各项事业的发展,在这一过程中,不容忽视的就是要充分最终农民的意愿,尊重农民的话语权,从而把广大农民的积极性充分调动起来。本文主要致力于新农村文化建设中农民话语权的问题,分析了新农村文化建设的主体,研究了新农村文化建设中农民话语权体现的方法,具有一定的现实意义。
