目的:优选消疡分散片的成型工艺。方法:以填充剂微晶纤维素(MCC)的用量、崩解剂交联聚维酮(PVPP)的用量和表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SLS)的用量为自变量,以溶出度为因变量,分别用多元线性模型、二次多项式模型描述考察指标和3个因素之间的数学关系,绘制效应面图,确定较优处方并进行验证试验。结果:优选的最佳成型工艺为MCC用量为28.7%,PVPP用量为12.9%,SLS用量为0.58%。结论:采用星点设计-效应面法优选消疡分散片的成型工艺方法简便,且优选出的工艺稳定可行。
Objective: To optimize the forming process of dispersible tablets. Methods: The dosage of microcrystalline cellulose (MCC), the amount of cross-linked polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVPP) and the amount of surfactant sodium lauryl sulfate (SLS) As the dependent variable, we use the multivariate linear model and the second-order polynomial model to describe the relationship between the investigation index and the three factors, draw the effect surface map, determine the optimal prescription and verify the experiment. Results: The optimal molding process was 28.7% for MCC, 12.9% for PVPP and 0.58% for SLS. Conclusion: The method of star-shaped design-effect surface method for the preparation of the dispersible tablets is simple and convenient, and the preferred process is stable and feasible.
