教学反思是指教师在教学实践中,批判地考察自我的主体行为表现及行为依据,通过观察、回顾、诊断、自我监控等方式,或给予肯定、支持与强化,或给予否定、思索与修正。并以此来总结经验教训,进一步提高教育教学水平。教学反思是每一个老师提高教学水平的一种有效手段,现在很多教师都会从自己的教学实践中来反观自己的得与失,通过写教后感、教学案例、教学心得来提高教学反思质量。笔者结合教学实践,就如
