“西电东送”溯源于20世纪70年代末大型水电站和坑口火电站的电力外送,80年代末和90年代初,我国西电东送的北、中、南三条通道已经初具雏形。并在初步实施过程中显示出了其优越性,在较大范围内实现了资源优化配置,扩大和优化了电网结构,缓解了东部地区如京津唐、长三角、珠三角等地的电力紧张局面,减轻了东部地区环境压力,同时水火电站的开发建设也促进了西部地区的电力和经济的发展。本刊特邀行业专家就西电东送的可行性、西电东送目前的进展情况、西电东送未来的远景几方面给予介绍。
