各省、自治区、直辖市食品药品监督管理局: 根据国家食品药品监督管理局国食药监注[2004]35号文“关于印发提高国家药品标准行动计划的通知”精神,由我会具体承担其组织任务。经研究,我会决定首先启动中药标准的提高工作。 为此,我们对现有中药方面的国家药品标准比较分析,拟定了第一阶段以部分国家中药保护品种为重点,经专家会议初审,遴选了120多个品种作为第一批,并于2003年10月确定由中国药品生物制品检定所及有关省、自治区、直辖市和口岸药品检验所,承担标准复核的标准统一验证工作。
