大石湖风景名胜区位于本溪满族自治县“三角框架旅游版图”的东端,属东营坊乡新城子村、南营坊村及兰河国有林场的部分区域。风景区东邻桓仁、宽甸;南接赛马、凤城;西通田师付、草河掌;北连碱厂、新宾,总面积49、42平方公里。细雨绵绵,花香阵阵。群山峻岭,沟峪泉涌。从本溪市区出发,过小市镇到兰河峪东行九十多公里,便是五龙飞腾绕山流的大石湖。大石湖在鹰嘴山下,未见石湖先闻声,距五里之遥耳闻隆隆之音,像钱塘江一般,这就是大石湖传来的瀑布声。根据大石湖风景区的区域结构及资源分布状况,风景区划分
