深圳科技工业园(以下简称深科园)是由深圳市政府和中国科学院于1985年7月共同创建,1987年广东国际信托投资公司参股合办的我国第一个高新技术产业开发区。经过创业者们5年的艰苦奋斗,已建起了一个具有较大规模和很有发展前景的高技术开发区。——已初步形成良好的科技产业投资环境。深科园由市政府以优惠条件划出3.2平方公里的土地,分三期进行开发。几年来园区基建投资2.5亿元,开发“三通一平”土地85万平方米,建成26万平方米的厂房、宿舍、办公楼及配套设施。——引进了一批国内外先进技术和资金。以各种方式来园区进行科技合作开发和生产的,已有中科院的10多个院所和国家各部属的10多家科研单位和公司。海外10多个国家和地区的24家公司同深科园建立了合资合作关系。园区引进和开发的
Shenzhen Science and Technology Industrial Park (hereafter referred to as Shenzhen Science Park) was established in July 1985 jointly by the Shenzhen Municipal Government and the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and the first high-tech industrial development zone in China was jointly established by Guangdong International Trust and Investment Corporation in 1987.
