铝电解系列是一个由串联电解槽组成的独特的电路,在系列的两端接有直流800伏的电压。为防止形成非工艺过程所需要的电路,电解槽应可靠地对地绝缘。在理想的情况下,系列每端的对地电位应为400伏。但实际上,在电解系列整个工作过程中,由于全部电解槽的对地绝缘不可能完全保持一样,故系列两端的对地电压分配不均。
The aluminum electrolysis series is a unique circuit consisting of series cells with a direct current of 800 volts at both ends of the series. To prevent the formation of circuits that are not required for the process, the cell must be reliably insulated from ground. Ideally, the ground potential at each end of the series should be 400 volts. However, in fact, during the entire working process of the electrolysis series, the voltage of the two ends of the series is not evenly distributed to the ground because the insulation of all the electrolyzers can not be completely maintained.
