水利水电工施工中,工程机械使用环境恶,恶劣,多为露天作业,且工程机械技术结构复杂,品种多样,使用中有较大的流动性。因此,工程机械的可靠性与质量直接关系着水利水电工程施工的质量与进度,优化机械管理,及时发现与排除机械故障,保障其顺利运转,是水利水电工程顺利施工的必要保障。本文以当前水利水电施工机械的管理缺陷为着眼点,重点探讨了强化水利水电工程机械管理的有效措施,以期为机械管理提供参考。
