Objective: To investigate the correlation between plasma estradiol level and cerebral infarction in postmenopausal women. Methods: A total of 104 women with AMI admitted to our hospital from December 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group and 52 women with postmenopausal disease were selected as the control group. The two groups of subjects estradiol levels, blood lipid levels were analyzed. Results: There were significant differences in the estradiol, cholesterol and triglyceride levels between the observation group and the control group (P <0.05). The severity of the disease in the observation group was more severe, the lower the plasma estradiol level, the difference was statistically significant Significance, P <0.05; The plasma estradiol level in patients with postmenopausal cerebral infarction was negatively correlated with triglyceride and cholesterol levels, with statistical significance, P <0.05. Conclusion: The plasma estradiol level and blood lipid levels in postmenopausal women are correlated with cerebral infarction. The decrease of plasma estradiol level in postmenopausal women is most likely to cause acute cerebral infarction. Prevention should be strengthened.
