激光的应用是七十年代以来皮肤科临床治疗中最突出的进展之一。我所门诊于1982年8月至1985年8月,使用福建师范大学激光研究所研制的FYJ-3型二氧化碳激光治疗机,治疗34种皮肤病共3733例,并对部分病例作术后随访,现将结果报告如下。临床资料一、一般资料:本组3733例中,男2005例,女1728例;年龄最大74岁,最小20天。皮肤损害在颜面者2742例,颈侧49例,胸部916例,手指及手背26例。皮损面积大小不等,最大者10×6cm~2。具体病种见附表。二、治疗方法:FYJ-3型二氧化碳激光治疗机具有可见光指示,输出功率大于50W,焦斑直径为0.25mm,焦斑处功率密度大于10~4w/cm~2。患处常规消毒,1%普奴卡因或利多卡因局麻,用湿纱布保护周围正常皮肤。在激光器可见光指示下,根据皮损情况通过
