2016年,洪水再次袭击我国南方多省,有关水利工程对河流生态系统的影响问题再次成为了热点话题。本文就水利工程对河流生态系统的胁迫问题进行了简要分析,提出应重视河流生态系统健康及可持续性的需求。同时总结归纳了生态水利工程必须坚持的四大基本原则,即安全性与经济性原则、提高河流空间异质性原则、生态自我组织和恢复原则、监测反馈原则,为生态水利工程设计提供理论参考。
In 2016, the flood once again hit many provinces in southern China, once again the issue of the impact of water conservancy projects on river ecosystems has become a hot topic again. This paper briefly analyzes the problem of water ecosystem stress in river ecosystem, and puts forward the need to pay attention to the health and sustainability of river ecosystem. At the same time, the paper summarizes the four basic principles ecological and water conservancy must adhere to, namely, the principles of safety and economy, the principle of improving the spatial heterogeneity of rivers, the principle of ecological self-organization and restoration, and the principle of monitoring and feedback, providing theoretical reference for the design of ecological water conservancy projects .
