近年来,随着社会生产力的发展,大功率的水泵、风机类负载的应用日趋广泛。然而在实际运行中,由于其耗电量大的缘故,运行效率并不理想。因而将液黏调速装置应用于风机负载节能也应运而生。基于对黏液调速装置原理介绍,分析了风机在实际操作中常见问题,最后利用调速方式的具体解说和实际生产案例,阐明液黏调速装置在风机负载上能够起到非常明显的节能效果。
In recent years, with the development of social productive forces, the application of high-power pumps and fan-type loads has become increasingly widespread. However, in actual operation, due to its large power consumption, the operating efficiency is not ideal. Therefore, the fluid viscosity governing device applied to fan load saving also came into being. Based on the introduction to the principle of muffle speed regulating device, the common problems of fan in actual operation are analyzed. Finally, the concrete explanation and actual production case of speed adjusting mode are used to illustrate that the liquid viscosity controller can play a very significant energy saving effect on fan load .
