利用缔合物系相平衡模型,由二套二元汽液平衡数据及一套二元液液平衡数据回归得到了NRTL方程参数;推算了该体系的三元汽液平衡数据,拟合精度令人满意。进一步利用该模型做了精馏塔的模拟计算,并与精馏塔测得的实验值相比较,四套精馏塔实验数据与模拟计算结果均能较好吻合,证明该缔合物系相平衡模型可以用于缔合物系的相平衡及精馏计算。
Using the phase equilibrium model of association system, the parameters of NRTL equation are obtained by regression of two sets of binary vapor-liquid equilibrium data and a set of binary liquid-liquid equilibrium data. The ternary vapor-liquid equilibrium data of the system is deduced and the fitting precision People are satisfied. The model was further used to do the simulation calculation of the rectification column.
