本文基于天津市碧溪园社区农民创业的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型探讨影响农民创业的因素。研究结果表明:天津“村改社区”农民创业过程中,政府政策、金融支持、区域经济发展、社会文化、基础设施和自然条件与心理素质、能力素质存在着正向影响,其中政府政策、金融支持、区域经济发展影响程度较大。最后,提出了促进创业的对策建议。
Based on the survey data of peasant entrepreneurship in Bixiyuan community in Tianjin, this paper uses the structural equation model to explore the factors that affect the peasant’s start-up. The results show that there is a positive influence on government policies, financial support, regional economic development, social culture, infrastructure, natural conditions, psychological quality and ability and quality in the process of rural entrepreneurship in Tianjin. Among them, government policies , Financial support, and greater impact on regional economic development. Finally, the countermeasures and suggestions for promoting entrepreneurship are put forward.
