一、研究依据和目的我所共有茶园六百多亩,山地砾质土壤占三分之二以上。为适应科研工作的需要,布置了一百六十多亩平地(多般为水稻土改植)茶园。从建园以来的情况看,山地茶园树势和产量的稳定程度较大,如我所蛇形山茶园树龄达三十二年仍前健壮、高产,亩产鲜叶仍能维持千斤以上。而水稻土则不然,尽管在建园时已考虑到加强排水,密布和深挖排水沟,但树势和产量仅十几年就迅速下降。我所二十多亩大面积丰产试验茶园,(水稻土改植),
