目的 调查飞行员超敏 C反应蛋白 (Hs- CRP)与血脂水平的关系 ,为控制飞行员心血管疾病的发生提供参考。 方法 在实验室建立 Hs- CRP的测定方法 ,测定了 2 0 0名飞行员血清胆固醇 (TC)、甘油三酯 (TG)、低密度脂蛋白 (L DL)、高密度脂蛋白 (HDL)和 Hs- CRP浓度 ,探讨了飞行员血脂水平与 Hs- CRP的关系。 结果 血脂偏高 ,特别是血清 TG、L DL 升高的飞行员 Hs- CRP明显增高 ,而 HDL 偏低能够造成 Hs- CRP升高。经线性回归分析发现 ,血清 Hs- CRP升高与 TG呈明显正相关 (r=0 .998,P<0 .0 5 )。 结论 对高血脂飞行员的高 TG、L DL 状况要严格控制 ,从而减低Hs- CRP水平以达到预防心血管疾病的目的。
Objective To investigate the relationship between Hs-CRP and lipid levels in pilot pilots to provide reference for controlling the occurrence of cardiovascular diseases in pilots. Methods Hs-CRP assay was established in the laboratory and the serum levels of TC, TG, L-DL, HDL and Hs - CRP concentrations, to explore the relationship between pilot lipid levels and Hs-CRP. Results Hyperlipidemia, especially the serum Hs-CRP of pilots with elevated serum TG and L-DL, was significantly higher, while the lower HDL could lead to an increase of Hs-CRP. The linear regression analysis showed that the serum Hs-CRP was positively correlated with TG (r = 0.998, P <0.05). Conclusion Hyperlipidemia pilots with high TG, L DL status should be strictly controlled, thus reducing the level of Hs-CRP in order to achieve the purpose of preventing cardiovascular disease.
